Excel Christian Academy Founder Dr. Joe E. Edwards passed away on Tuesday August 20, 2024.
Dr. Edwards’ vision for Excel, along with his outstanding leadership, brought the school from its inception just over 30 years ago, to where it is today. Excel stands strong, continuing to offer a quality education in a Christian atmosphere because of the extraordinary effort of our Founder, and for that we are thankful.
In honor of Dr. Joe E. Edwards, the flag will fly at half mast.
